DESCRIPTION:Themed 5 Course Dinner with craft beer pairings for each course.\nMedicine Hat Brewing Company\nMHBC Welcomes you to our first ever “Brewmasters Dinner” a craft beer and food pairing experience hosted in the Charles V. Drazen events room at MHBC. This themed 5 course dinner experience will be created by two accomplished gentlemen on the MHBC team.\nFirstly our chef\, Alex Bruveris\, he is an extremely talented Chef who has spent many years in Toronto honing his skills as well as owning/operating the Elkwater Camp Cookhouse for 8 seasons. Alex has created a 5 course themed dinner meant to be paired with a different style of beer for each course.\nThe second member of our team\, who we are very fortunate to have apart of this dinner is our Head Brewmaster Mitch Dalrymple. Mitch is a multiple time Gold medal award winning brewer with both the Canadian brewing awards and Alberta brewing awards.
