Thank you to all who made it out to celebrate our second year anniversary, who knew a 2-year-old’s birthday party could be so much fun?! We truly appreciate the love and support received, it filled our hearts with warmth and joy. New Brews are on the horizon in the new year. We’ve introduced The Vault series with the release of our Russian Imperial Stout in December “Pouring over the stories of Medicine Hat and its historical breweries taught us a few things about time, and all the wonderful change it brings. Our Vault Series is about finding those few timeless styles worth preserving precisely as they are.” We recommend cellaring this strong ale, allowing time for the flavours to develop for a truly unique experience of this timeless craft brew.
To Stand Tall next to the Brier Park New England Pale Ale and the Cambridge Coconut Porter, we will be releasing a new seasonal beer in March – keep a look out on social media and in our Taproom for clues and hints as to what this new addition will be – in case you missed it, hint number one is Stand Tall Series 😉
We continue to distribute our beer and fill the shelves of liquor stores and lines of bars, pubs and restaurants in Saskatchewan and all over Alberta – ask about us at a liquor store near you!
Happening In Our Taproom:
Small Batch releases are happening every month, experimental blends of seasonal fruits/spices with some of our core beers have brought you limited releases such as Passion Fruit Ale, Sweet Cherry Ale, and Grapefruit Aberdeen Pale Ale. These Small Batch Brews are available exclusively in our Taproom and only six kegs of each are made. Check our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page using @mhbrewco or pop by the Tap Room for the most up-to-date creations.
We have Live music coming your way in March and April, as Mariel Buckley stops at Medicine Hat Brewing Company on her Rhinestones in the Rough tour on March 6th, and Billie Zizi joins us April 22nd during her Spring Tour. Details for these events can be found on our website calendar as well as through our social media channels.
Networking opportunities and events are taking place in our Tap Room. We have partnered with the Medicine Hat College to host Pub Pitch Nights – where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to a panel of local business and industry judges and prize money is awarded at the end of the night. These events have repeatedly sold-out, the next one is in April – remember to register on event bright to attend.
Our Kitchen team continues to work with local suppliers to bring you a truly delicious and locally inspired dining experience. Our menu is ever changing with seasonal options – and every Friday you can join us for Fish and Chip Friday!
