Brewmaster Dinner

MHBC Welcomes you to our first ever “Brewmasters Dinner” a craft beer and food pairing experience hosted in the Charles V. Drazen events room at MHBC. This themed 5 course dinner experience will be created by two accomplished gentlemen on the MHBC team.

Firstly our chef, Alex Bruveris, he is an extremely talented Chef who has spent many years in Toronto honing his skills as well as owning/operating the Elkwater Camp Cookhouse for 8 seasons. Alex has created a 5 course themed dinner meant to be paired with a different style of beer for each course.

The second member of our team, who we are very fortunate to have apart of this dinner is our Head Brewmaster Mitch Dalrymple. Mitch is a multiple time Gold medal award winning brewer with both the Canadian brewing awards and Alberta brewing awards. We are lucky to have Mitch join us for this dinner and guide us through each course as they are presented throughout the evening.
