Blood Orange Sour

This delicious spin-off of crowd favourite Burnside Blood Orange Ale is made with a kettle soured beer wort composed of Pale 2 Row Malt and generous amounts of unmalted wheat and oats. After the wort is soured, it’s fermented and aged. When the beer is transferred to the brite tank, we add just the right amount of real blood orange puree.
