Coast to Prairie English Special Bitter
Coast to Prairie English Special BitterClay Potter from Moon Under Water Brewpub and Distillery in Victoria BC, was on a journey from the coast to the prairies and reached out to see if we would be interested in collaborating on a new brew together. Of course, the answer is in this can.
We used local-to-Clay maltsters Field Five Farms Maris Otter Malt for the base malt along with some fine specialty malts. Yakima Chief Hops kindly expedited us UK Fuggle leaf Hops to use in our hopback as well.
