When Medicine Hat Brewing Company first opened in 2016, co-owner and head chef Brennan Vancuren launched a food truck called “Hoppy Hatter.” Since then, we have upgraded the brewery to include a full kitchen, transforming it into a culinary destination for everyone. This hazy pale ale is a tribute to our amazing culinary team and is crafted with Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops.
