Back in 2016 when Medicine Hat Brew Co first opened its doors, co-owner and head chef Brennan established a food truck named “Hoppy Hatter.” Fast forward to today and that food truck is no longer driving the streets of Medicine Hat. That’s because Chef Brennan’s working magic in the MHBC kitchen. This hazy pale ale was created as a cheers to our wonderful culinary team.
