We call this beer a German-style Kölsch because in order to be a true Kölsch it would have to be brewed in Cologne, Germany. Made with traditional ingredients, this brew is made with an ale yeast and fermented at a cooler temperature imparting the gentle fruity esters and a crisp finish. The perfect thirst quencher for a hot summer day.
