Our Wet Hop Series is designed to showcase the flavours and aromas of Alberta-grown wet hops!

Wet hops are fresh, unprocessed hops. Less aromatic than dried leaf hops, they impart a unique, fresh flavour. Our friends at Flatland Hops in Taber, AB, were kind enough to deliver us a truckload of their Cascade hops the same day they were harvested. The following day, we loaded our hopback to the rim with Cascade wet hops to make this delicious brew.
