What better was to celebrate our 7 year anniversary than to make a beer using 7 different types of malt, 7 different hop varients, weighing in at 7.7% ABV and 70 ibu’s. The 7 theme coincides with our 7th anniversary. Liberal use of sweeter malts help balance out the bitterness of the 70 ibu’s.
