Year 8 Russian Imperial Stout

Eight years of brewing, growing, and embracing the stories that shaped us. Our year 8 Russian Imperial Stout, honor not just our journey but the deep roots of brewing in Medicine Hat. Pouring over the stories of Medicine Hat and its historical breweries taught us a few things about time and all the wonderful change it brings.

 

With subtle notes of dried cherries, fig, fine-ground espresso, and licorice compliment the impressive body of chocolate, vanilla, toffee and roasted Albertan barley. We recommend allowing this strong ale to warm in a snifter or tulip glass before enjoying, allowing time for the flavours to develop and open up in the glass.
