Alberta on the Plate

Join us at Medicine Hat Brewing Company as we participate in this wonderful experience! Enjoy Grilled AB flank steak marinated in MHBC Gentlemen’s Stout and Local Habaneros. Served with Chimichurri sauce, blistered cherry tomatoes on the vine, AB sourced Kennebec potato fries with grilled AB Mexican street corn as our Alberta on the Plate Feature and experience our Taproom.
Every August during Alberta Local Food Week, Alberta on the Plate hosts a ten-day, province-wide dine around festival. For those ten days, participating restaurants offer features highlighting local producers, growers, distillers and brewers. Show your support of Alberta food by dining in or ordering out at our participating restaurants both during the festival and throughout the rest of the year!
