Dive into our authentic German dishes that’ll transport your taste buds straight to Bavaria! Try our Pork Schnitzel paired with Blood Orange Ale braised red cabbage, spaetzle and gravy. Or try our locally made bratwurst sausages with beer-braised sauerkraut and a side of German potato salad & grainy mustard. And it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without our Oktoberfest platter: two warm pretzels served with our beer cheese sauce, grainy mustard, German potato salad, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon on pumpernickel, brie with crackers, locally cured meats, and a juicy bundle of grapes, and you’ve got a spread!
